Hostel @ Choolai

Area – 15,000 sq. ft ​Refurbishment of a 100 room, 25 year old hotel building into a working people hostel in a busy commercial neighborhood of Chennai.​Aim was to provide a face-lift for the building without structurally modifying it, in order to provide a sleek and modern appeal to its users. The material finishes were carefully chosen considering the easy maintenance and durability of the facility.
