Apartment facelift - Dubai

Area – 40,000 sq. ft​Face-lift to a partially constructed stilt plus 6 storey apartment building. The challenge was to create flexible unit plans with enough storage and utility spaces.​As the columns were already half risen, the profile and the central core had to be retained. Focus was on facilitating natural lighting and ventilation keeping in mind the privacy of the occupants.
