Naluketu family home

Area – 6,000 sqft ​Traditional villa amidst a lush green coconut plantation at Pollachi. ​The residence features all the spatial qualities of a courtyard house with modernized detailing and materials blended together harmoniously. ​The rooms are planned around a central large double height courtyard that acts as a breakout space for the family to congregate and relax. The plan and massing were developed together to facilitate natural lighting and ventilation, through stack effect, across the entire house. Water bodies are integrated outside of the house to aid in evaporative cooling.​​
